Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's mission and goals.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of operational management experience, preferably in nonprofit or educational organizations.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement successful operational strategies.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts.
