Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure they meet the quality standards of the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and resource allocation to optimize operating capacity.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement measurable enhancements.

- Collaborate with the executive team in strategic planning and execution.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of operational management experience, preferably in nonprofit or educational organizations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful operational strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and forecasts.
