Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Operations located in Trumbull, CT. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operational activities, manage budgets, and ensure efficient workflow processes. Responsibilities include supervising team members, analyzing performance metrics, maintaining high customer service standards, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry and medical device manufacturing is a must
