Key Responsibilities Of The Manager Of FP&A

• Lead the annual budgeting process for all business units and manage consolidated reporting.
• Provide operational variance analysis and executive-level insights during monthly/quarterly close.
• Develop forecasting models and financial dashboards to track key KPIs.
• Maintain and improve a 3-statement financial model for M&A and scenario planning.
• Prepare bank reporting, leverage calculations, MD&A commentary, and board/investor materials.
• Support strategic initiatives with detailed ad hoc analysis.
• Manage and mentor the FP&A analyst, setting clear objectives and expectations.
  

Qualifications For The Manager Of FP&A

• 5+ years of experience in audit, investment firms, or financial planning roles.
• Proven experience with complex financial modeling and performance analytics.
• CPA or degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills, with ability to work across all levels of the organization.
• Experience in digital or media industries is a plus.
