Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies
The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for a Sr. Information Assurance Team Lead to support our government customer primarily located in the National Capital Region (Washington, D.C. and/or Germantown, MD).
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team of SMEs assigned to Information Assurance activities.
- Provide management support, focusing on the Information System Security Officers, the Information System Security Manager, and the Authorizing Official Designated Representative resource allocation and management.
- Assist in developing and maintaining cybersecurity documentation such as security plans (ISSPs), security baselines, risk assessments, and POA&Ms.
- Ensure systems comply with Federal requirements and government baselines, in accordance with NA-IM cybersecurity policies.
Qualifications:
Education & Certifications:
- Must obtain and maintain DOE derivative classifier certifications.
- Must have or be able to obtain a professional certification such as CISM or CISSP within 6 months of hire, as listed in DoD 8140.
Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience leading cybersecurity or Information Assurance teams.
- Strong ability to document, organize, communicate, and review processes subject to federal and contractual requirements.
- Ability to support day-to-day operations supporting NNSA OCIO and Federal stakeholders.
Citizenship & Clearance:
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (born or naturalized). Green Card or Visa holders are not eligible.
- Top Secret and/or Q Clearance required.
