Relate Search has partnered with a high-growth international restaurant brand in its search for a game-changing Director, International Supply Chain for the Latin America and Canada markets. You will lead strategic supply chain initiatives across diverse markets, ensuring optimal sourcing, distribution, and operational support for both direct and indirect categories. This role drives new market entry execution, builds collaborative relationships with franchise partners, and aligns global and regional supply chain strategies to deliver service excellence, cost efficiency, and quality.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead regional supply strategies across direct (food, packaging, equipment) and indirect (logistics, services) categories
  • Develop and implement scalable sourcing strategies leveraging global partnerships while adapting to local and regional requirements
  • Lead supply chain execution for new market entries, including pre-market assessment, supplier qualification, and regulatory compliance
  • Act as a supply chain business partner to franchisees, solving challenges with agility and commercial rigor
  • Support implementation and optimization of supplier relationship management, vendor-managed inventory, and procurement digitization tools

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in international or regional supply chain leadership roles within QSR, foodservice, FMCG, or CPG industries specifically in the Latin America market
  • Experience navigating complex markets, managing change, and building supply chains from the ground up

  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and data analytics platforms (Power BI)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish required
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the market
