We’re seeking a passionate, driven, and people-focused Managing Director to lead our Evansville team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on making a real difference in the lives of families while developing and motivating a team.
What You’ll Do
As Managing Director, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of our K-12 learning center and lead with heart and purpose. You’ll play a key role in shaping students’ academic success and mentoring your staff toward excellence.
Core Responsibilities
- Oversee student programs and assess academic progress
- Conduct monthly parent conferences and maintain strong family communication
- Coordinate with teachers, counselors, and school staff to support student goals
- Administer evaluations and create personalized learning plans
- Recruit, train, and inspire a team of dedicated educators
- Drive enrollment growth through community outreach and lead conversion
- Maintain high operational standards and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree (Education, Business, or related field preferred)
- 1–2 years of leadership experience in education, sales, or business management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy, positivity, and a passion for student success
- Results-driven mindset with a team-first attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays
