LTS is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the Office of Cybersecurity Risk Management. You will lead project planning, coordination, and execution for key cybersecurity initiatives across multiple technical and administrative disciplines. You will oversee the day-to-day management of task orders, ensuring alignment with federal mandates, agency compliance goals, and quality standards. This role requires a proactive leader with strong project management expertise, team oversight capabilities, and a deep understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and federal IT operations.This position is on-site in Washington D.C. The position is contingent on the award.

Responsibilities
- Provide effective project management across all tasks in the task order, including scheduling, resource allocation, and deliverable tracking.
- Identify all project tasks and deliverables in accordance with approved project plans.
- Coordinate closely with other contractors enhancing or supporting OCRM programs.
- Submit completed and pre-vetted security clearance packages for all proposed personnel.
- Ensure a qualified, stable, and security-cleared workforce is maintained.
- Schedule resources and ensure coverage for all core business hours.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes across all project activities.
- Manage project scope and provide support for project reviews and closeout activities.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies.
- Interpret and apply federally mandated policies, procedures, and directives to ensure agency compliance.
- Provide recommendations for enhancing automated systems to reflect updated policies and procedures.
- Gather and present compliance evidence for continuous monitoring requirements.
- Deliver regular status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure compliance with all physical and personnel security guidelines.
- Collect and return PIV badges from departing personnel in accordance with DOC separation policy.
- Manage and supervise multidisciplinary technical and administrative teams across engineering, systems, and software development domains.
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management, including at least 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity
- Public Trust Suitability
- Project Management Professional (PMP) experience is required
- Proven experience managing federal IT or cybersecurity programs with multiple task orders and interdependent systems.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to direct technical and administrative personnel.
- Expertise in federal cybersecurity policies, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and external contractors in a high-stakes environment.
- Experience in budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with quality assurance, scope, risk, and resource management.
- Ability to interpret and implement federal mandates such as FISMA, OMB directives, and other agency-specific policies.
- Strong communication skills with experience producing status reports and leading project reviews.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
