Client is seeking an EPM Techno-functional Lead Consultant who will be driving a Cloud solution by interfacing with key customer stakeholders. The candidate should be able to provide a solution for the user stories based on Oracle EPM Cloud SAAS platform- EPBCS . The candidate will be driving the solution by breaking down user stories through deep dive sessions and functional design sessions. Candidate is expected to have hands-on experience on at least 2-3 EPM Cloud EPBCS implementations . The candidate will need experience in working in global delivery model and especially in Agile methodology. The candidate must deliver high quality deliverables for a module and lead a team during design, build, integrations, testing and support activities related to implementation. Should also be able to participate in transition and warranty support.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Foster City, CA . or be willing to relocate to the area.
• Design, modeling, implementation, development and maintenance of EPM applications using Oracle EPM suite of product s.
• End-to-end hands-on experience in implementing Oracle’s EPM Cloud suite of products such as PBCS, EPBCS, Planning Cloud etc.
• Strong functional understanding of financial planning and budgeting specially with Financial, Workforce and Project module
• End-to-end implementation experience with EPBCS - Financials, Workforce and Project module
• Ability to analyze user stories and develop an end-to-end solution and functional design
• Experience in Business Process redesign or transformation
• Experience in leading a team of consultants to deliver the designed solution from offshore
• Experience in driving requirement gathering sessions, conduct CRPs and Demos, run pilots to showcase EPM products
• Experience in delivering training to users and manage multiple deliverables at the same time
• Hands on experience in building application artifacts (Configuring Dimensions, creating data forms/business rules/calculations, EPM Automate scripts etc.)
• Experience building data integrations and designing dashboards & reports

Preferred Qualifications:

• End to end integrations between EPM Cloud and other source systems like ERP, HR system etc.
• Experience in a client facing role – conducting workshops/CRP’s/User story clarification sessions
• Need good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work in onsite-offshore models.
