Salary Range: $104,080 - $156,120
Position Overview:
M.C. Dean seeks a Cyber Security Specialist 3 for the CIM Business Unit. The role involves travel to CONUS and OCONUS government and commercial facilities to support DoD RMF processes.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ICS/SCADA system inventories following guidance including U.S. Army ICS Inventory Methodology and UFC 4-010-06.
- Assist in developing and verifying documentation for DoD RMF assessment and authorization.
- Implement DoD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) on IT and OT systems.
- Conduct vulnerability scans and document system vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity engineers and RMF analysts in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience with a Master's Degree in IT, Risk Management, or Cybersecurity.
- 5+ years with a Bachelor's Degree.
- 8+ years with an Associate's Degree.
- 11+ years with a High School Diploma.
- Proficiency in application software such as Word, Excel, and databases.
- Must hold TSC/SCI w poly clearance.
- Meet DoD Directive requirements for IAM Level 2, IAT Level 2, or IASAE Level 2.
- Training in network infrastructure (Cisco), Microsoft Windows.
- Experience with government and commercial cybersecurity projects involving industrial control systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years designing ICS platforms and integrated systems with industry and government.
- DoD Level 3 certifications preferred.
- Familiarity with industry ICS products and security assessment tools.
- Knowledge of DoD RMF lifecycle and NIST 800-53 controls.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Technical skills in HMI, control networks, SCADA systems, and protocols.
- Certifications like CISSP, CEH, CSSA are advantageous.
Abilities:
- Extended computer use, sitting, reaching, finger dexterity.
- Effective listening, speaking, reading, and problem-solving skills.
