VoIP (UC) Engineer

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a VoIP (UC) to support a large mission-critical DIA program out of the Washington, DC area. *This role is fully on-site & requires Active TS/SCI Clearance*

Responsibilities of the VoIP Engineer:

· Design and implement enterprise-grade UC solutions, including VoIP and cloud-based platforms

· Manage upgrades, patches, and performance tuning for Cisco UC systems (CUCM) and related infrastructure

· Troubleshoot complex issues and lead efforts to improve system reliability and user experience

Qualifications of the VoIP (UC) Engineer:

· 5+ years of experience working in a UC environment specializing in Cisco Call Center Manager (CUCM)

· Experience with IAVA patches/patches to Cisco Call Manager

· IAT Level II Certification (Required)

· CCNA Certification & ITIL v4 Foundations (strongly preferred)

· Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance (required)

Compensation of the VoIP (UC) Engineer:

· Salary: Between $130,000 – $155,000 annually ***Commensurate of experience***
