Role Summary:

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll design and develop cutting-edge applications and scalable systems that power critical innovations. From building APIs to shaping architecture, your work will directly contribute to delivering solutions that make a measurable impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop secure and scalable APIs and backend systems using Python frameworks like Flask or Django.
- Architect and build applications that process and transform vast datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, production-ready software.
- Contribute to cloud-native solutions using AWS and modern development practices.
- Lead by example in coding best practices, peer reviews, and mentorship opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in professional software development, with a strong focus on Python.
- Proven expertise in building web applications and APIs using Flask/Django.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Ability to take ownership of complex challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with advanced database technologies like Elasticsearch or Neo4j.
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques, particularly NLP or OCR.
- Experience with frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or similar) and UI design principles.
- Interest in solving complex technical challenges that drive business success.
