Basic Requirements

• 20 years of experience as a software engineer
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
• 4 additional years of experience as a software engineer may be substituted for a degree
  

Job Description

• Be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining a complex system of micro-services responsible for providing customer with up-to-date ML models.
• This includes developing the APIs for ingest feedback, developing the data controls required for compliant handling of the data, developing data storage and retrieval mechanisms, developing the ETL processes required for data preparation, developing the training jobs to keep the model up to date, developing the APIs for downloading the models, and developing the APIs for allowing the users to interact with the feedback they have provided.
• This is all being performed on a production-level application, requiring frequent customer support and management of developments via Kubernetes.
  

Required Experience

• Experience with containerization (docker, podman, etc)
• Experience with Python
• Experience with Java
• Experience with MongoDB (or AWS DocumentDB)
  

Desired Experience

• Experience with Kubernetes
• Experience with Go
• Experience with AWS Services
• Experience with JavaScript (especially w/Angular)
• Experience with the MLOps lifecycle, regardless of actual models
