We are looking for a proficient Salesforce Technical Architect
The Salesforce Technical Architect will work as part of the Digital Platforms CRM IT team to support and enhance Salesforce implementations for Client B2B and Retail business groups.

Experience
Approximately 9+ years of IT experience.
Attributes and Skills Required:
- At least 9+ years experience working in the IT industry
- 7+ years of experience designing complex, high transaction volume, enterprise-wide business solutions on the Salesforce Force.com platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning
- 7+ years of experience with Salesforce's support and service business processes, with implementation experience in custom applications leveraging Salesforce Platform. Integration experience with other cloud-based platforms and services, including subscription systems, is a plus
- 3+ years of Salesforce CPQ financial Billing experience required
- Solid understanding of CRM best practices and ability to apply a consulting approach to solve business issues
- Strong understanding of web technologies such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS, and Object-Oriented programming concepts
- Proficiency in Salesforce Declarative, Programming, and Administration (custom objects, Lightning components, Visualforce pages, Apex, reports, workflows, rules, etc.)
- Knowledge of APEX triggers/SOQL queries and stored procedures
- Experience with Salesforce Web Services APIs
- Experience or strong understanding of Salesforce Visualforce Sites and Communities
- Knowledge of Integration/Middleware tools like Workato and MuleSoft
- Knowledge of integrated technologies such as Jira, Marketing Automation, Cloud Solutions is a plus
- Salesforce Platform Developer & Designer certifications
Additional preferred skills and behaviors include:

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Salesforce Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, and IT experts to advise and implement solutions for Salesforce B2B, Retail, and Subscription services.
- Partner with internal teams to share information, build consensus, and ensure alignment with strategic priorities, making decisions on declarative vs programmatic solutions.
- Participate in project meetings, communicate effectively, and report project status.
- Document technical solutions and propose improvements for existing systems.
- Design and develop solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components, Apex, SOQL, and emerging standards.
- Support and develop integrations between Salesforce and other systems using APIs and develop new interfaces as needed.
- Document and develop code according to standards and act as an escalation point for technical issues.
