Title: NetSuite Platform Lead
Location: Washington, D.C.
Salary: Competitive salary and benefits package based on qualifications; classified as full-time salaried; exempt and not eligible for overtime.
Reports to: Senior Vice President of Technology
Travel: Occasional travel may be required
Position Overview
Tuckernuck is looking for a detail-oriented NetSuite Lead to support our high-growth, omni-channel retail business. This role will work closely with Finance, Planning, and Operations teams to ensure our NetSuite environment supports accurate revenue recognition, purchasing, and inventory operations. You will have a hands-on role in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing our NetSuite environment and will serve as the go-to resource for SuiteScript development and platform performance.
Core Responsibilities

• Work with Finance on revenue recognition, billing accuracy, and month-end close readiness.
• Support Buyers and Merchants in accurate item and purchase order creation.
• Support Operations with inventory receipts and transfers.
• Lead NetSuite configuration, customization, and optimization efforts.
• Manage system settings, roles, permissions, workflows, and saved searches.
• Develop and maintain Saved Searches and SuiteScript 1.0/2.x (user event scripts, scheduled scripts, Suitelets, RESTlets) to support omni-channel sales, refunds, returns, and inventory flows.
• Partner with Engineering to diagnose and resolve NetSuite related integration issues affecting Shopify, 3PL, Google BigQuery, and Planning systems.
• Build and maintain documentation for ERP processes and customizations.
• Monitor daily system performance and resolve data or transaction issues in coordination with cross-functional teams.
• Train users, manage system roles and permissions, and maintain documentation to support adoption and security best practices
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of NetSuite experience, preferably in a retail or consumer goods environment

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with business and technical teams.
• Experience with project management and documentation tools.
• Ability to grow and cultivate strong working relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Be an active, detail-oriented, team player and believe that “no task is too small” for the benefit of the greater good.
