Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 base salary

Team & Position Details: We seek a skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with actionable insights. Your focus will include analyzing opportunities, pipeline, retention, product usage, and enabling data-driven decision-making. There are opportunities for career growth, including building predictive models and moving into data science.

Responsibilities include:

  • Dashboard Development: Build and maintain scalable, user-friendly Tableau dashboards with accurate metrics.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Respond to analytics requests using Excel or Google Sheets, providing timely insights.
  • Data Infrastructure: Support analytics infrastructure with SQL stored procedures and data workflows.
  • Data Quality Collaboration: Work with Salesforce admins to ensure high CRM data quality.
  • Predictive Modeling: Design models for customer retention and pipeline conversion.
  • Product Usage Analysis: Analyze data to understand customer engagement patterns.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Interface with executives to gather requirements and present findings.
  • KPI Identification & Reporting: Develop key performance indicators and reporting solutions.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve issues with dashboards and reports to maintain data integrity.

Skills required:

  • 2+ years supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success analytics.
  • Experience collaborating with business leaders to solve data challenges.
  • Proficiency in SQL (including CTEs, scripting, stored procedures).
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
  • Experience creating dashboards in Tableau or Looker.
  • Understanding of Salesforce CRM data.
  • Strong communication skills for translating analysis into insights.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience building predictive models with Python, R, etc.
  • Knowledge of data pipeline tools like dbt, Airflow.
  • Experience in SaaS or recurring revenue businesses.
