HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self- motivated Presales Solutions Architect – Lifesciences/Pharmaceuticals to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity.

Role/Responsibilities
- Delivering expert advice on business solutions using a breadth of technology platforms,
- Interfacing with HCL sales and delivery to manage all presales activities from capability presentations through SOW negotiations.
- The candidate should possess a demonstrated breadth of knowledge across various Digital solutions/ technology stacks and ability to provide guidance to diverse customer stakeholders and external partners.
- Demonstrated Ability to elicit client requirements via discussions and put together creative solutions with minimal information, global teams and tight deadlines is required.
- Support and drive growth for the unit; support New and Existing customer across opportunities (RFP’s, Proactive bids, transformation initiatives)
- Offer expert advice on solutions
- Propose the right engagement model, commercial model for opportunities·
Skills/Qualifications
- Experienced in presales and solutions for the LifeSciences/Pharmaceuticals
- Knowledge of MES, PLM, R&D IT applications
- Exposure to Manufacturing Analytics, R&D Analytics
- Experience in enterprise client interaction in the US and ability to build relationships within the organization and with customers·
- 10-20 years of relevant Industry experience
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
Pay and Benefits
Pay Range Minimum: $140,000
Pay Range Maximum: $160,000

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
