Position Overview

The Waterpark Manager is responsible for overseeing water park operations, revenue generation, and expense management. The role involves managing staff, ensuring safety protocols, and maintaining high guest satisfaction.

Pay Range

Base pay ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on experience and skills. Discuss details with your recruiter.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Current American Red Cross Lifeguard & First Aid certifications.
• CPR for the Professional Rescuer, AED, and Oxygen Administration certifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the management team.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain staff.
• Develop and monitor operational schedules.
• Ensure safety and emergency procedures are followed.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage guest and staff incidents professionally.
• Motivate and inspire team members.
• Participate in training and certification programs.
• Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
