Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *

Job Description
This role plays a vital contribution to the development and support of our online platforms with responsibility for supporting and maintaining an optimal experience and security for our clients and employees. The ideal candidate is an individual who is thorough, adaptable, self-driven, proactive, motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about resolving incidents efficiently. The ideal candidate would be responsible for leading a team with different technology backgrounds from different locations around the globe.
This position reports to the Head of Product Development.
Job Responsibilities
Architectural Design And Strategy

Develop and maintain the architectural vision, strategy, and roadmap for scalable enterprise systems and applications.
Define and enforce architectural standards, principles, and guidelines to ensure consistency across all projects.
Collaborate with senior management to align architectural initiatives with business goals and objectives.
System and Application Scaling:
Design and implement scalable architecture solutions for complex, high-traffic applications and systems.
Identify performance bottlenecks and devise strategies for optimization and scaling.
Lead efforts in capacity planning and scaling strategies to ensure systems can handle increased load and demand.
Technical Leadership:
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Review and approve architectural designs, ensuring they meet scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate best practices into the architectural framework.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable architecture solutions.
Facilitate architecture review meetings and present architectural solutions to stakeholders for approval.
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of scalable solutions.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: *
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
2+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a focus on scalable systems and applications.
Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable architecture solutions in large enterprises.
Deep understanding of architectural patterns, frameworks, and best practices.
Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
Experience with database scaling, load balancing, and performance tuning.
Strong programming skills and familiarity with multiple programming languages and frameworks.
Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Fluency in English required
