What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Actively contribute to the codebase by designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iteratively design and validate technology solutions
- Implement secure and observable solutions while contributing to design and code reviews

- Build scalable back-end services and APIs using modern architectures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer
- Proven experience driving engineering best practices in software engineering teams
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles and infrastructure operations
- Ability to create robust, high-scale, reusable solutions
- Familiarity with deployment and observability strategies in a cloud-native environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with C# (.NET Core, .NET Framework), TypeScript & React / Node.js or Golang
- Knowledge of containerized development (Docker) and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
- Experience with automated software testing and infrastructure automation tooling (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
- Background in highly regulated industries such as Financial Services or Healthcare
