Building World Class Teams - MLOps | LLM Inference | HPC | AI - US, APAC and Europe

Developer Relations

Our company is building the open-core platform for debugging and optimizing LLM applications. We empower AI teams with production-grade tracing, analytics, and evaluation—so they can ship reliable RAG pipelines, agents, and fine-tuned models with confidence.

As the first DevRel hire, you’ll be the public face of our platform in the LLM/LLMOps community, connecting developers to the tools they need to tame generative AI complexity. From live-demoing trace visualizations at hackathons to writing guides on latency/toxicity monitoring, you’ll turn cutting-edge observability concepts into actionable insights.

What You’ll Do

  • Engage where developers learn : Provide expert commentary on LLMOps pain points (e.g., hallucination tracking, cost leaks) in r/MachineLearning, Discord, and Hacker News —with authentic, platform-agnostic advice.
  • Create definitive content : Publish tutorials (e.g., "Evaluating RAG Pipelines with Traces"), benchmark reports, and case studies that showcase observability best practices.
  • Grow the community : Moderate our Discord/Slack , host AMAs with engineers, and onboard OSS contributors.
  • Speak and evangelize : Represent us at LLM Summit, ScaleML, and meetups ; demo our platform in talks/workshops.
  • Shape the product : Channel developer feedback (e.g., span-level filtering needs) to prioritize features.
  • Build partnerships : Collaborate with LLM framework teams (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex) on integrations.

Who You Are

  • 3+ years in DevRel, ML engineering, or OSS advocacy , with hands-on experience in LLMOps, generative AI, or observability .
  • Deep familiarity with LLM stacks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, vector DBs) and pain points (e.g., traceability, eval).
  • Active in AI communities : You’ve written technical threads, contributed to OSS, or moderated ML forums.
  • A storyteller who can explain trace sampling tradeoffs to engineers and ROI of observability to execs.
  • Entrepreneurial and data-driven—you’ll define our DevRel metrics (e.g., community growth, content reach).

Apply to champion the future of LLM observability!
