Our client, a well-established organization in Fresno County with over 50 years of success, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tax Manager to oversee tax compliance, reporting, and planning for multiple entities. This role will manage day-to-day tax operations, lead a small tax team, and collaborate with leadership to ensure accurate and timely tax filings and strategic tax planning.

• Manage preparation and review of federal and state tax returns for corporations, LLCs, and partnerships
• Oversee compliance with property, sales/use, and other applicable taxes
• Support tax planning initiatives aligned with business goals
• Monitor tax law changes and evaluate impacts on the company
• Coordinate with external tax advisors and auditors
• Provide guidance on tax matters related to business transactions and entity changes
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior tax staff
• Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams on tax-related issues
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of progressive tax experience, including supervisory experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of corporate and partnership tax compliance and planning preferred
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
