Position Overview
The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead tax engagements, review complex returns, and guide a growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with public accounting experience who is ready to step into a leadership role at a firm that values both professional growth and personal well-being.
Key Responsibilities Of The Senior Tax Manager

• Manage and review a variety of tax engagements (individual, corporate, partnership, and trust)
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns
• Supervise, mentor, and develop staff; provide technical guidance and training
• Collaborate directly with clients, building strong, long-term relationships
• Stay current with tax law changes and ensure proper implementation within the firm
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (required)
• CPA license (required)
• 7–10 years of public accounting experience
• Strong background in trust and partnership taxation is a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  

• Salary range: $100,000 – $150,000, depending on experience
