Base pay range

$35.00/hr - $40.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist with monthly client invoicing process. This includes generating prebills, making necessary edits and coordinating transmission of invoices either directly to clients or via client’s electronic billing portal.
• Monitor and assist with collection of accounts receivable to ensure timely payment.
• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries related to billing and account status.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and spreadsheets for billing analysis and forecasting.
• Assist with month-end and year-end financial closings, including reconciliation of billing records.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client billing information and documentation.
• Help onboard new clients into the billing system and ensure proper setup of billing formats and rates.
• Other duties as assigned
• Fully onsite 5 days a week.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of billing experience
• Law firm experience strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets for billing analysis.
• Familiarity with billing software such as LMS, Legal Tracker, or other electronic billing platforms.
