We are seeking a Senior Client Implementation Analyst at a global asset management firm located in Downtown Boston, MA, 02109. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in investment operations and client onboarding.

This is a temporary 12-month role, offering up to $42.00 per hour, based on experience, with a 40-hour workweek. The position requires on-site presence 3 days per week.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of client and product services, including:
• Client funding for separate accounts and commingled funds
• Launching ETFs, Mutual Funds, Seed Funds, and other commingled products
• Client and fund liquidations and terminations
• Custodian and recordkeeper changes
• Contractual review
• Understanding complex fund structures
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for planning and execution

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 6+ years of experience in investment operations and client onboarding
• Deep understanding of complex investment issues, processes, vehicles, and client events
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal, time management, and multitasking abilities under time constraints
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
