Senior Client Implementation Analyst - Boston, MA
Duration: 12+ months contract
Pay: $40–$42/hour (based on experience)
Hours: 40 hours/week
A leading global investment management firm based in Boston is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Implementation Analyst to support the execution of complex institutional client and product-related events. In this key role, you will act as the primary coordinator for cross-functional initiatives, including onboarding new clients, launching investment products, managing account changes, and handling fund restructurings or terminations.
This is a critical, hands-on role requiring a deep understanding of investment operations, strong project management capabilities, and the ability to align diverse teams to meet strategic client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of client and product events across global regions, including:

• Funding of separate accounts and commingled funds
• Mandate changes and custodian transitions
• Launches of ETFs, mutual funds, commingled vehicles, and seed funds
• Fund liquidations, terminations, and in-kind contributions/withdrawals
• Coordinate global cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Assess risk, complexity, and operational impact, ensuring compliance with firm standards.
• Act as the central point of contact for internal teams, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
• Partner with investment teams to manage the implementation of client directives.
• Participate in firm-wide initiatives aimed at optimizing business processes and operational efficiency.
• Review contracts and agreements to ensure they align with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, MBA, or equivalent experience preferred.
• 7-10+ years of experience in investment management, with demonstrated expertise in operations, transitions, and product events.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across geographies.
• Deep knowledge of investment products, structures, and industry regulations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Adept at driving consensus and making decisions in high-stakes situations.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
