Base pay range

$100.00/hr - $115.00/hr

Tax Senior Manager

Contract Duration: 6 Month Contract (Expected to be a long-term contract)

Hybrid : 2 days onsite in Los Angeles, CA 90064, 3 days remote

Job Duties:

• Prepare and review the preparation of U.S. Federal and state and local corporate and partnership income tax returns
• Prepare and review quarterly estimated tax payments and tax return extensions, including monitoring payment due dates and coordinating payments for proper approvals
• Prepare and review interim and year-end tax provisions including current taxable income calculation and deferred balances validation
• Review and oversee preparation of foreign related filings such as 5471s, 8858s, 8865s
• Research complex tax matters, monitor changes in tax law and communicate the impacts to management
• Assist with responses to tax notices, including corresponding with taxing authorities to resolve inquires and disputes
• Some supervision of staff as related to projects consultants collaborate with
