Base pay range
$100.00/hr - $115.00/hr Tax Senior Manager Contract Duration:
6 Month Contract (Expected to be a long-term contract) Hybrid : 2 days onsite in Los Angeles, CA 90064, 3 days remote Job Duties: Prepare and review the preparation of U.S. Federal and state and local corporate and partnership income tax returns Prepare and review quarterly estimated tax payments and tax return extensions, including monitoring payment due dates and coordinating payments for proper approvals Prepare and review interim and year-end tax provisions including current taxable income calculation and deferred balances validation Review and oversee preparation of foreign related filings such as 5471s, 8858s, 8865s Research complex tax matters, monitor changes in tax law and communicate the impacts to management Assist with responses to tax notices, including corresponding with taxing authorities to resolve inquires and disputes Some supervision of staff as related to projects consultants collaborate with Seniority level
