We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead all aspects of our financial strategy and operations.
Position Summary
As CFO, you will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial planning, risk management, budgeting, and reporting functions. You will bring a strong financial acumen and strategic vision to help drive growth and improve profitability, while ensuring compliance and financial stability.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support the company’s goals and objectives.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Manage cash flow, investments, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team.
• Work closely with department heads to develop and monitor financial plans and KPIs.
• Manage relationships with auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred).
• Minimum 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or senior finance role.
• Proven track record of strategic planning, financial modeling, and operational leadership.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial regulations, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in (insert industry if needed, e.g., manufacturing, SaaS, distribution, etc.).
