Director of General Accounting | Global Experience

We’re seeking a CPA-designated Director of General Accounting to lead core accounting functions including payroll, general ledger, accounts payable, global banking, and financial reporting. This hands-on leadership role requires someone with thick skin, sound judgment, and the ability to work independently while also being a strong backup for payroll operations.

What You'll Do

Oversee month-end close, financial reporting, and audits
Manage payroll operations and provide high-level support when needed
Ensure compliance with tax laws and internal controls
Supervise accounting, payroll, and disbursements staff
Maintain global banking and credit card systems
Partner with external tax advisors on corporate compliance
International Payroll - including understanding of laws in many countries/ may process occasionally.

Ideal Candidate

CPA required
10+ years in accounting leadership
Experience in hospitality or service industries preferred
International payroll exposure is a must
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Able to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
