Senior Executive Recruiter | Accounting and Finance | LHH | Greater Philadelphia and Central/Southern New Jersey

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Finance in Monmouth County, NJ. This hybrid role is a critical partner to the executive team, responsible for driving financial forecasting, operational planning, and strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in financial modeling, business partnering, and process improvement, with prior experience in private equity-backed environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s sales and operations forecasting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support budgeting, scenario planning, and investment decisions.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to cross-functional leaders, providing financial insights and recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Support M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and financial analysis.
• Prepare and present financial reports and KPIs to executive leadership and private equity stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience in a private equity-backed company is required.
• Strong background in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Early career experience in investment banking or M&A is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leaders and influence decision-making.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems, BI tools).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation:

$160,000- $175,000

• Benefit offerings for full-time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life, short-term and long-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non-qualified deferred compensation plan
• PTO is offered on an accrual basis
• Paid Sick Leave where applicable by State law
• Annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance
