Job Title: Senior Tax Analyst

Location: Greater Chicago

Compensation: $100-115k + bonus

Job Type: Full Time

What We’re Looking For :

• The ideal candidate has 3+ years of tax experience
• Public Accounting background
• CPA preferred but not required

What You’ll Be Doing :

• Prepare and submit federal and multi-state tax filings, with emphasis on U.S. international reporting requirements such as foreign entity disclosures.
• Conduct detailed reviews and evaluations of quarterly and annual tax provision estimates in accordance with U.S. tax standards.
• Support state-level tax planning initiatives, including research and compliance-related analysis.
• Stay current on evolving tax legislation and regulatory changes across federal, state, and international jurisdictions.
