Experienced Recruiter Specializing in Senior Level Accounting, Finance and Treasury Searches

Are you ready to shape the tax strategy of a dynamic multinational enterprise? We’re looking for a detail-driven Senior Tax Analyst to join our fast-paced finance team. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with experts in accounting, legal, and strategy—and have the freedom to make the role your own.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare federal, state, and local tax filings and provision workpapers
• Support audit defense and respond to tax authority inquiries
• Contribute to financial reporting and tax forecasts
• Oversee compliance calendar and manage resolutions to tax notices
• Interpret and present insights on changing tax laws
• Maximize incentives and assist in strategic planning, M&A diligence, and optimization efforts

What We’re Looking For:

• BS in Accounting or Finance
• 3+ years in corporate tax or public accounting (multi-state experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in Excel and openness to digital tools like ChatGPT, Power BI, and Power Query
• CPA or advanced degree preferred
• Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail
