Overview
A leading human services organization is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Fiscal Financial Planning team. This role will focus on the financial management of grants and contracts, supporting both pre- and post-award processes. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and experience navigating complex funding streams in a nonprofit or healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of budgets for grant proposals, contracts, and RFPs.
• Develop and present internal and external financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
• Coordinate year-end grant closeout activities, including reconciliations and supporting documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date tracking of grant awards, budget modifications, and contract amendments.
• Support automation efforts and help improve internal grants management processes.
• Analyze funding trends and provide strategic insights to leadership regarding financial planning and opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison with program and development teams to support financial planning efforts.
  

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or grants management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
