Accounting Manager IV

Summary: We are seeking an experienced Candidate to provide critical support to the External Reporting team during a maternity leave coverage. This candidate will play a dual role in both external SEC filings and internal monthly close reporting processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K)
• Contribute to drafting and reviewing footnote disclosures, MD&A, and supporting schedules
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Support XBRL tagging and validation processes
• Collaborate with internal departments, legal, and external auditors
• Preparation of quarterly earnings materials
• Review of supplementary earnings materials
• Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly close reporting packages for executive leadership
• Perform variance analysis and commentary on year-over-year actuals
• Consolidate data across business units and ensure timely delivery of internal reporting
• Partner with FP&A and other finance teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of close data
• Support ad-hoc reporting requests and process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in SEC reporting and corporate accounting
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Prior experience with large public companies and Big 4 public accounting is strongly preferred
• Experience with Wdesk, SAP, and Excel (advanced functions)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and manage competing priorities

Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $70.00 - $80.00/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience and the benefits package you select.
