Duties :
- Provide strategic counsel to clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings.
- Lead and manage cross-border transactions, working with international counsel and stakeholders.
- Draft, negotiate, and review transaction documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to guide clients through complex regulatory environments.
- Oversee the coordination of multiple parties, ensuring smooth execution of transactions across jurisdictions.
- Prioritize and manage a significant caseload while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Foster positive client relationships and collaborate with senior attorneys to refine case strategies.
Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience practicing corporate law, particularly in cross-border M&A and global corporate restructuring.
