About the Position:
Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a structured finance lawyer to join it’s Chicago headquarters as a mid-level associate. This firm is a market leader in structured finance for borrowers, sponsors, asset managers, issuers and private credit funds in the U.S. and Europe, and its Structured Finance practice is ranked Tier 1 by the Legal 500.

Responsibilities:
· Represent corporate clients and financial institutions in a broad range of securitization, structured finance, secured lending and receivables sale transactions
· Interact directly with clients and opposing counsel

Required Qualifications:
· 3-4 years of structured finance/securitization experience
· Experience with secured lending and/or capital markets preferred
· Large law firm experience
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $310,000.
