The Senior Influencer Campaign Manager will lead multi-platform influencer activations from brief to final report—working directly with high-impact creators and culture-shaping brands. You’re the point of contact, the calm in the chaos, the one who knows what’s trending and what’s next. This is a senior-level role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, knows social media inside and out, and can confidently manage campaigns that scale across platforms, budgets, and global regions.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Campaign Execution
- Define campaign objectives, KPIs, budgets & timelines—aligning influencer strategies with client goals
- Develop creative influencer campaign concepts rooted in cultural trends, platform strategy, and conversations
- Lead planning and execution of influencer campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams—strategy, creative, paid media—to ensure seamless execution
- Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously—from influencer sourcing and negotiations to live tracking and post-campaign wrap
- Oversee content briefing, timelines, contract compliance, approvals, and live content performance
- Act as the strategic and operational bridge between brand clients and creators
- Communicate clearly and frequently—setting expectations, solving problems, and delivering consistent updates
- Lead client calls and updates with insights, progress, and performance highlights
Influencer Strategy & Recruitment
- Handle outreach, negotiations, onboarding, and contracting, ensuring FTC compliance and creative alignment
- Cultivate long-term relationships with talent and management agencies
Campaign Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs in real time, identify optimizations mid-campaign, and pivot campaigns as needed
- Build final wrap reports and summary decks that translate data into actionable insights
- Ensure each campaign meets or exceeds performance targets across reach, engagement, and ROI
- Influencer Know‑How : Deep expertise in influencer platforms, talent sourcing, and content ecosystems across TikTok, IG, YouTube, etc.
- Project Management : Experience juggling 3+ simultaneous campaigns end-to-end—timeline, budgets, deliverables, assets, approvals
- Data‑Driven Creativity : You share creative thinking grounded with performance metrics and optimization loops
- Relationship-Driven Leadership : You build trust with talent, clients, and internal partners through transparency, clarity, and follow-through
- Trend Hunter & Culture Curator : An avid consumer of social culture, memes, trends, and platform innovations
- Legal & Compliance‑Savvy : Understand FTC mandates, disclosure best practices, and contract negotiation essentials
- TikTok Shop & Emerging Commerce: Stay ahead of creator commerce trends and platform monetization opportunities
Qualifications
- 5+ years in influencer or integrated campaign management, preferably in agency settings
- Proven record of running successful influencer campaigns for major consumer brands
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills—client-facing-ready
- Skilled in platforms/tools: Sprout, Captiv8, Asana, Google Analytics, etc.
- Experience scaling influencer programs across global markets
- Team leadership experience
Deep understanding of Instagram + TikTok culture and creator economy best practices
