Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Boutique & Spa Director to lead our recently opened luxury skincare Maison Valmont in Beverly Hills. This flagship location offers an exclusive range of high-end skincare products as well as signature facial treatments in an environment that reflects the refined elegance, artistic heritage, and sensory sophistication of the Valmont universe. As the Director of a newly launched boutique, you will play a hands-on role in shaping its success. This position requires a high level of flexibility and versatility, as you will be involved in both strategic and operational aspects of the business all while delivering an exceptional brand experience. Key Responsibilities: Client Development & Experience ·Implement strategies to attract new clientele and drive foot traffic. ·Build and nurture long-term relationships with high-value clients. ·Ensure a personalized, luxurious, and educational experience for every visitor. Marketing & Brand Representation ·Collaborate closely with headquarters to execute local marketing initiatives. ·Represent the brand at local events and identify strategic partnership opportunities. ·Develop and manage collaborations with local businesses, influencers, and institutions. Team Leadership & Operations ·Lead and support an existing team of Beauty Advisors and Estheticians. ·Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning. ·Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory, and visual merchandising. Administrative & Reporting ·Monitor boutique performance and provide regular reports to headquarters. ·Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. ·Participate in regular meetings with the corporate team to align on goals and share insights. Qualifications: ·Solid background in luxury retail is essential, with a proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences. A strong understanding of the high-end skincare universe is required. Experience in spa or treatment center management is an asset, but not a must. ·Strong leadership and team management skills. ·Deep understanding of luxury client expectations and service excellence. ·Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for brand development. ·Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
