Marketing Specialist

Position Title: Marketing Specialist – Growth & Performance

Job Description:

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that drive measurable impact
• Partner with product, analytics, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
• Optimize campaigns using data-driven insights and performance metrics
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, compelling manner
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve marketing effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in growth, performance, direct response, social, digital, cloud, or event marketing
• Proven track record of working cross-functionally with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing scaled marketing channels including email, social media, and paid media
• Proficiency with Google measurement tools such as Google Analytics and Data Studio
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with a knack for storytelling through data
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, solve problems creatively, and collaborate effectively across teams
