What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize your knowledge and experience to drive sales of litigation support services, including Electronic Data Discovery and Managed Review
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying opportunities to upsell services
- Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
- Conduct outreach to potential clients and manage existing client relationships
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and coordinate project activities with internal teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of sales success in the litigation support/eDiscovery market
- Ability to present a sales brag book showcasing achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
- Strong connections and influence within the eDiscovery market
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical information clearly
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
