What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Utilize knowledge and influence to drive sales of litigation support services, including Electronic Data Discovery and Document Hosting
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, identifying new upsell opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales Management to align strategies and meet revenue targets
- Conduct outreach to identify potential clients and their needs
- Manage accounts of existing clients while ensuring high customer satisfaction ratings
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven track record of success in sales within the litigation support/eDiscovery market
- Ability to present a sales brag book showcasing achievements in quotas and client satisfaction
- Strong connections and influence within the eDiscovery market
- Excellent communication skills for presenting technical details to clients
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in managing client relationships in a sales environment
- Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in eDiscovery and litigation support
