The Territory Account Manager (TAM) will be the face of Heartflow within a specific geographic region. The TAM will sell and promote Heartflow’s FFRct product by developing new accounts and expanding usage in current accounts. The Heartflow analysis is a first-of-its-kind noninvasive technology that helps clinicians diagnose and treat patients with suspected coronary artery disease (CAD). Responsibilities include driving sales of Heartflow’s technology at new accounts, developing a pipeline of opportunities, scheduling sales calls, managing the sales process into new centers, building and maintaining relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiologists, Radiologists, and other key clinical stakeholders, educating customers on Heartflow’s value proposition, driving penetration within existing accounts, promoting Heartflow and building advocacy, achieving sales goals, collaborating with the commercial team, coordinating team activities, gathering customer input to guide product development and market strategy, and utilizing salesforce.com to manage business facets. This is a home-based position with up to 30-50% travel. Skills needed include proven sales skills, experience in cardiology sales, knowledge of go-to-market plans, understanding of cardiovascular disease, problem-solving skills, physician education experience, tactical sales planning, self-starter attitude, technical aptitude, CRM experience, and excellent teamwork and communication skills. Educational requirements include a BA degree and 10+ years of healthcare or B2B sales experience in a cardio/cardiovascular environment with medical device sales experience. The base compensation range is $115,000 - $140,000 depending on location and experience, with total target compensation including commission of $190,000 - $215,000.
