We're a fast-growing, VC-backed startup revolutionizing the architectural industry with our AI-powered SaaS platform. As a Strategic Account Executive, you'll spearhead our enterprise-focused department, taking full ownership of our most important client relationships and driving significant growth within complex, global organizations.
This isn't your typical account management role. You'll be a strategic leader, responsible for penetrating deep into accounts, uncovering new opportunities, and expanding our footprint across multiple divisions, regions, and stakeholders.
What You'll Do

  • **Own & Expand Key Enterprise Accounts:** Build trusted relationships with 10-20+ stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • **Develop Custom Account Strategies:** Address each client's unique structure, priorities, and decision-making processes.
  • **Identify & Cultivate New Opportunities:** Create a strong and sustainable account presence across divisions, departments, and geographies.
  • **Be a Strategic Bridge:** Ensure a unified and high-impact approach across Customer Success, Sales, and senior leadership.
  • **Navigate Complex Organizations:** Connect with multiple decision-makers, from operational leads to C-suite executives.
  • **Shape Our Enterprise Sales Motion:** Collaborate directly with leadership to refine our strategy.
What You'll Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic sales, or business development (SaaS or technology preferred).
  • Proven track record of penetrating large, complex organizations and driving significant account growth.
  • Deep understanding of multi-stakeholder engagement and success influencing decision-makers.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • High level of creativity in approaching new opportunities and solving client challenges.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
