At Big Blue Swim School, we care about creating big moments for our students and crew. We are looking for energetic and motivated part- time team members to join our sales and grassroots advertising team. This is a unique opportunity that allows you to connect with families in your community, grow brand awareness, and turn interest into action.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Reaching out to leads that have expressed interested through our internal platform (LessonBuddy)
  • Following up with families via phone call, text, and email to drive enrollment in classesIdentifying and attending local community events
  • Building partnerships with local businesses and organizations
  • Helping Big Blue grow in your local community through outbound reachouts!

Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have a customer and sales experience
  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify, follow up and close leads
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using Microsoft platforms (Excel, Teams, Word)
  • Able to commit to consistent weekly schedule (15-20 hours per week)
  • Must attend one sales meeting per month and submit weekly feedback report
  • Access to a computer or iPad device for work

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Paid part-time position at a base Rate of $17.00/hr with $50 bonus for every 25 conversations
  • Gain great experience in grassroots marketing and community engagement
