As the Director of Sales & Marketing at Hilton Logan Boston Airport , you will oversee the hotel's commercial strategies, aiming to enhance asset performance by aligning strategy with business processes.
Hilton’s Commercial Services team drives sales, revenue, marketing, catering, events, call centers, and analytics—core to Hilton’s growth engine.
What will I be doing?
You will develop and implement impactful business strategies for the Americas, leading hotel sales and marketing processes. Your focus will be on advancing analytics and processes towards a predictive and prescriptive approach, including communication of strategies and performance analysis against goals.
You will facilitate the Americas Commercial Operating Model, requiring strong leadership, communication, and networking skills.
- Develop the hotel’s Annual Multi-Year Commercial Strategy Plan with local and regional teams.
- Align hotel performance needs with Hilton enterprise solutions across key segments.
- Set strategies for revenue streams: group rooms, banquets, catering, business and leisure transient.
- Ensure pricing strategies and revenue management guidelines maximize sales and market share.
- Support B2B marketing, digital marketing, social media, PR, and online content accuracy.
- Review and validate revenue forecasts, develop demand strategies, and approve pricing strategies.
- Work with leadership to maximize profits in line with GOP and EBITDA targets.
- Manage departmental budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain knowledge of market and competitor activities.
- Oversee the Sales and Catering Sales SIP (Sales Incentive Program).
Leadership:
- Lead regular Sales & Marketing optimization processes and translate outcomes into strategies.
- Contribute to periodic performance communications.
- Uphold Hilton brand standards and communication tools.
- Recruit, develop, and retain sales and marketing staff.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback across sales, catering, and marketing teams.
- Promote a culture aligned with Hilton’s DEI and ESG goals.
Ownership, Customer, and Stakeholder Relations:
- Report on performance and activities for your hotels.
- Present strategies to partners and owners, ensuring transparency and relevance.
- Collaborate with Hilton global and regional teams.
- Build relationships with CVBs, community influencers, and travel partners.
- Engage with customers across segments.
- Support site visits and sales travel activities.

Minimum qualifications:
- Experience in hotel sales, catering, or marketing
- Leadership management experience
- Ability to travel
- Experience in hotel management or related industry
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Critical analysis skills
