Base pay range

$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

We’re a fast-growing MSP based in Washington, DC supporting clients across legal, healthcare, finance, non-profit, and government-adjacent sectors. We’re seeking a System Engineer / Project Engineer to own cloud-centric projects, lead client rollouts, and act as a subject matter expert on all things Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Intune.

You’ll join a team that’s built for problem-solvers and project-doers — people who know the MSP world, love variety, and are ready to be trusted with real responsibility.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading M365 projects: migrations, hybrid environments, Intune rollouts, tenant-to-tenant setups
  • Managing Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and compliance/security policies
  • Consulting with clients on best practices for cloud infrastructure and endpoint management
  • Handling escalated issues from junior techs and resolving them with clarity and speed
  • Participating in client onboarding, environment assessments, and solution design
  • Collaborating with project managers and senior engineers on larger initiatives
  • Creating documentation, SOPs, and client-facing guides for long-term success

Tech Stack You’ll Work With:

  • Microsoft 365: Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Compliance/Security
  • Intune / Endpoint Manager: Policy deployment, device management, and security
  • RMM/PSA Tools: ConnectWise, Datto, Kaseya, or similar
  • VMware / Hyper-V (light virtualization admin work)
