We’re looking for a confident, experienced Project Engineer (Level 2.5) to lead deployments, upgrades, and migrations, while becoming a trusted technical partner to clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead project work: server builds, cloud migrations, network refreshes, firewalls, and more
• Scope, plan, and execute projects with clear communication and minimal disruption
• Be client-facing, manage expectations, build trust, and deliver exceptional outcomes
• Serve as escalation for complex issues from service desk team
• Stay hands-on with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, networking, firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, etc.), and virtualization

What You Bring:

• 4–6+ years of IT infrastructure experience, including direct client-facing project work
• 5 years of MSP experience is a must
• Microsoft 365 administration and migrations
• Networking (VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, switching)
• Virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
