Responsibilities:

· Design, prototype, and test hardware systems

· Perform FEA (structural, thermal, vibration) and tolerance analysis

· Create detailed engineering drawings and documentation

· Collaborate across mechanical, electrical, and software teams

· Use hand tools, 3D printers, and fabrication methods for quick builds

· Drive projects from concept to execution, often juggling multiple priorities

Requirements:

· BS in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience

· Experience with Creo or similar CAD tools (SolidWorks a plus)

· Ability to code in Python

· Has solid understanding of mechatronics

· Mechanical analysis and hands-on prototyping experience

· Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

· MS/PhD or 5+ years industry experience

· Robotics or electro-mechanical integration exposure

· Knowledge of microcontrollers, motors, and circuit testing
