We’re helping a fast-growing tech company hire a VP of Engineering to lead a globally distributed team of 60+ engineers. This role reports directly to executive leadership and plays a key role in scaling a modern consumer platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Own engineering strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment
• Lead and mentor 5–6 senior engineering leaders
• Drive architecture decisions, platform scalability, and AI adoption
• Partner closely with Product, Design, and Data
• Shape culture, improve velocity, and elevate technical standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years in engineering, including 5+ years in VP-level roles
• Experience managing 50–100 engineers across time zones
• Strong communicator and strategic thinker
• Deep understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalability principles
• Strong background in modern software development practices, DevOps, and cloud technologies
• Solid understanding of security best practices, data protection, and experience working with regulatory compliance requirements
