Job Description

The Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) will be responsible for managing and maintaining SMTP services, ensuring high availability and performance.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Hands-on operational experience with Exchange Administration in an enterprise environment
• Hands-on operational experience with Windows Servers
• Hands-on operational experience with Active Directory administration, including DNS
• Understanding of patch management software
• Familiarity with backup software and strategies
• Knowledge of network applications, web servers, email servers, firewalls, databases, and file shares

Desirable Technical Skills

• MCSA or MCSE certification

Mandatory Functional Skills

1. Highly motivated, self-directed, able to collaborate with multiple online business groups, senior managers, and network engineers
2. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience

Experience

Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience
